img_5445_21In the fight against cellulite most important is a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals that are necessary to strengthen the tissue.

1. Sweet Potato

One of the oldest vegetables known to man who is also the healthiest and most nutritious vegetable that is ideal in the fight against cellulite. It contains potassium, vitamins C and E and beta carotene. Because of the root protein is an excellent antioxidant.
